Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK public holidays). During peak periods or limited-edition drops, processing may take slightly longer — we'll communicate any delays promptly.

Shipping Destination
We currently ship to UK addresses only (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland). We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please use the contact form. We'll investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
Shipping Restrictions
Some items — particularly fragile collections, oversized pieces, or items from The Pikant page - may have specific shipping requirements or require specialist packaging. Any restrictions will be noted on the relevant product page.
